Very good explanatory video about Ceroc, the Modern Jive dance class I attend, I am so glad my friends kept at me to try it way back in the day, as I have met so many new people and made so many new friends through it over the last 10 years, can't believe its been that long, Its great fun, great exercise and easy to learn.
